1. Access conditions

aus.directory is provided free for personal and business reference. Using the site means accepting these conditions together with the Terms of Use, Disclaimers and Privacy Policy. If any of them don’t suit you, the condition of use is simple: don’t use the site.

2. Acceptable use

• Don’t scrape or crawl the site at rates that affect its availability;
• Don’t republish substantial portions of the directory without attribution and a link;
• Don’t present our editorial rankings as measured traffic data, certifications or awards;
• Don’t use the site, its forms or its content for spam, misleading promotion or unlawful purposes;
• Brief quotation with attribution and a link to aus.directory is welcome.

3. Submission conditions

When you send us a suggestion, correction or message:

• You confirm the information is, to your knowledge, accurate and that you’re entitled to share it;
• You grant us permission to use it to maintain and improve the directory (including publishing corrected facts);
• Submissions are reviewed, not automatically published — inclusion in any list is never guaranteed and never sold;
• Self-suggestions are welcome and judged identically to any other submission;
• Abusive, deceptive or bulk-automated submissions may be disregarded and blocked.

4. Listing & removal conditions

Listings are editorial selections under the criteria on our How we rank page. We may add, re-rank, edit or remove any listing at any time as part of maintaining the directory. Operators of listed sites may request factual corrections (actioned promptly when verified) or removal of their listing (honoured where the request is reasonable and verifiably from the operator).

5. Availability & changes

We aim to keep the site available and current, but it’s provided without uptime commitments. We may change, suspend or retire features, categories or the site itself. The current version of these conditions always lives at this address.

6. Governing law

These conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Nothing in them excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
